Ethanol Company Limited (EthCo) is a molasses-based ethanol production firm located in Dwangwa, a town in the Nkhotakota Lakeshore District of Malawi. Commissioned in 1982, the Company has produced over 380 million litres of ethanol at both 99.5%v/v and 96%v/v ethanol strength. EthCo is the pioneer of Ethanol production in Malawi.
